Crop Needs to be well watered.

Cultivation Spread Potatoes out in a well lit warm area for several weeks, until shoots are approximately 1cm long. Tubers can be cut so one or two eyes are evident on each piece, allow pieces to dry before planting. Crop will be ready to harvest after 60 - 90 frost free days after planting. Leaves will begin to die back, lift tubers, dry thoroughly and store in a dark cool place.
